Create a new rule.
Paste in this prompt:

Please create a new email alert for Sydney's swimming team. Those emails are from "notifications+recmrltca@gomotionapp.com" They are VERY long and wordy. Each time I receive an email from that address, summarize only what I need to know, and actions I need to take. My daughter is on the "9-10 Blue" Practice Group. I don't need to know anything else about other practice groups. SMS me the summary. Send no more than 1 SMS per email.

Replace "Sydney" with your kid's name.
Replace "9-10 Blue" with your kid's practice group.
